  • Why do you work by referral?
    Referrals keep our work private, trusted and personal. If you were referred, share the referral code or the name of the person who referred you when booking.
  • Is my information kept private?
    Yes. Your details are used only to arrange and manage your consultation. We do not publish client information or testimonials, and consultation notes are never shown publicly.
  • How do I pay?
    You can pay by PayShap, EFT/bank transfer, or secure card checkout once it is enabled. All amounts are in South African rand (ZAR).
  • When is my booking confirmed?
    Your booking is confirmed once payment has been verified. For PayShap and EFT you upload proof of payment, and confirmation follows once it is approved.
