Booking Policy

How appointments are scheduled, held and confirmed.

Availability

Availability shown on this site is live and displayed in South African time (SAST).

Slots are held briefly while you complete payment details and are released if payment is not submitted.

PayShap and EFT bookings are confirmed after proof of payment has been verified by the administrator.

You will receive confirmation by WhatsApp and email, followed by a reminder before your appointment.

Please be available at your booked time. Consultations may be shortened if you join late.

If Mkhulu Neville is unable to attend, you will be offered the next available slot or a full refund.
